Fitness in the Forest
Fitness in the Forest is and outdoor training sessions for all levels from beginner to the more advanced exerciser.
Each session is 50 minutes long and is in Osgood Park, Wolf Lane. Each session will follow a format similar and include the following: -
10 minutes of warm up and mobility exercises
Round 1 - moves that work your whole body
Round 2 - moves that focus on your upper body
Round 3 - moves for the lower body
Round 4 - work for the abs and core
10 minutes Cool down and stretches.
The focus in each session is to build strength and fitness in a social environment. We train in all weathers (except snow, ice and very high winds). We use Zoom in these situations so that you still get a workout.
The classes are friendly and welcoming. I plan challenging, fun and achievable exercises will get you fitter and stronger.
