10-day Fitness Challenge coming in January 2020.

Are you feeling the effects of indulging over the festive season, bloated and unfit? Are you keen to get healthier and fall in love with exercise again? Do you struggle to fit in exercise classes around work and family commitments?

If this sounds like you and you are keen to get healthier for 2020 then I would love to take the opportunity to tell you about my new 10-day challenge starting on Monday 13 January at 9.30am.

As a mobile personal trainer I understand the pressures of trying to do everything and why I am delighted to make this as easy as possible. All I need is 20 mins of your time for the next 10 days.

Over the 10 days in January, we will help you define your goals for the duration of the challenge. I will share workouts with you, to fit in around your busy life and we will give you nutrition advice so that you start to feel slimmer, lighter and more positive about your health for the new decade.

What's included?

There will be 5 workouts focusing on differ areas, they can be done individually or back to back for a longer workout. They include:-

Raising your heart rate - it will include fun low impact exercises to get the blood pumping and endorphins flowing. There will be options to increase or decrease the intensity.

Abs and core session - this session will focus on exercises to help flatten the tummy area and building strength to protect your lower back.

Arms and upper body exercises - great to help reduce the flabby bits on the back of the arms. Minimal equipment required, we'll be using body weight and a few household props.

Pilates/posture workout - learn the basics about how to strengthen the muscles that help you stand taller and look slimmer.

Legs and bum session - including low impact toning exercises for these difficult areas.

There will be two short chat's from nutritional therapists - Apples to Zinc and Evie Nutrition. These will include practical advice for feeling better by making small changes. No fad diets, just sensible - achievable advice. Perfect if you are looking to beat that bloated feeling.

Who is it for?

This 10-day challenge is for anyone from complete beginners to regular exercisers.

Who we are.

I'm Sara and I'm a mobile personal trainer with Revolutions.fit. I'm based in Windsor and I work with clients in their own home to fit in workouts around there busy lives. I teach small group sessions, work one to one and teach Pilates, circuits and suspension training classes.

Evie Nutrition is a mother of three teenagers with a passion for her work as a Nutritional Therapist. Based in Buckinghamshire, she use best practice techniques and aims for personal and clinical development by keeping up to date with the latest scientific research so that she can support the health and wellbeing of her clients

Janet from Apples to Zinc specialises in helping frazzled mums who want to improve the health of their family (and also themselves) without giving out lots of extra work to do with wacky ingredients.
