90 days of movement
Why 90 days?
On Wednesday 2nd October I saw a reminder that it would be 90 days until the end of the year and indeed the end of this decade. As the autumn/winter nights draw in it's easy to start going in to hibernation mode and the comfort food comes out.
I want to inspire you to move more through this period.
So the idea formulated to show you or remind you to move a bit more by showing my daily movements.
One exercise per day that you can do each day or save them up and do a couple of smaller sessions in the week. Follow along on my Facebook page and have some fun trying them out.
